  • Uncover new data-driven opportunities to retain clients, identifying high-risk segments and analyzing the client base using a combination of SQL & existing dashboards
  • A specific focus of this role will be providing insight into the churn behavior of multi-product households, for both Bell & Virgin consumer segments
  • Report on national churn results, with an understanding of competitive pricing and other macro factors to provide insightful commentary & recommendations
  • Create presentations on a weekly basis for mid to senior-level management
Critical Qualifications
  • Highly organized, proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to gather/organize data and turn results into insights
  • Experience using SQL or a strong desire to learn, SQL is critical for this role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills
  • University graduate, preferably with relevance to business and/or data analysis would be an asset
  • Telecom experience would be an asset
