Job Description

  • Own and execute White Space initiative for both Retail and Foodservice customers
  • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with new customers (credit application, customer number, EMO, site survey, first order)
  • Grow Pure Play brands by increasing accessibility via racking and cooler placements.
  • Oversees assigned geography with responsibility for sales volume, revenue, product distribution, and equipment placement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure compliance of national and regional customer programs. Serve as the Brand Subject matter Expert for the locations.
  • New Account Handoff: coach AOM PSRs on selling and display execution, merchandising standards, and ensure accurate and timely orders are submitted.
Qualifications:Successful completion of High School (or equivalent) required
  • Bachelor’s degree an asset
  • One - two years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred
  • Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal required to build relationships
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
  • Solid oral presentation skills required
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Must be able to lift/carry 45-50 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day
  • Must be able to push/pull 50-250 pounds
  • Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching over shoulder
