Job Description

Proudly working to hire an A/R Claims Analyst for a well known organization that prides themselves on their tenure employees! The right individual for this position will have full cycle accounts receivable experience as you will be processing all a/r functions, processing customer claims and deductions, banking functions, collections, and account reconciliation. This is a full time permanent opportunity where the organization is looking for an individual to stay with the company long term! Responsibilities
  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable
  • Process deduction claims from Brokers and Sales Representatives
  • Process and Approve all claims for clearing
  • Working closely with the sales team tracking sales, collecting, and monthly updates
  • Prepare and present reports, process accruals and support month, quarter and year-end closing for receivables
  • Reporting directly to the Accounting Managers and working closely with the individuals in the accounting department for successful and smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Three to Five years in accounts receivable experience
  • High School Graduate
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment with basic understanding of general office practices and principles.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Word experience
  • Non CPA Designated (cannot support)
