To apply for this position, fill out an Employment Application Form at www.albatrossaircraftdetailing.com/career and email it to us ALONG WITH YOUR RESUME.ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS SUBMITTED THE EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION FROM OUR WEBSITE and RESUME WILL BE CONSIDERED.We are seeking candidates for our aircraft appearance operations in the Greater Toronto Area.Candidates must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and are preferred to have flexibility in scheduling when it comes to the end time of their shifts based on operational needs.The ideal candidate will be dependable, have a high attention to detail, be self-motivated, have flexibility in schedule for irregular operations, and demonstrate a safe, responsible, and professional attitude, appearance, and work ethic.While most aircraft appearance services for this position are conducted during the evening and night (before 1am), the aviation industry is a 24/7 operation and employees may be asked to work days, nights, holidays, and/or weekends based on operational needs. Travel between Airports is required at times depending on operational needs.Duties include, but may not be limited to: -Aircraft Interior and exterior detail cleaning.-Carpet and upholstery cleaning.-Metal polishing.-Paint restoration and/or polishing.-Safe and efficient operation of equipment such as buffers, ladders, and lifts as necessary.-Exercise safe and cautious movements in and around aircraft at all times.-Must be comfortable with heights and being on ladders and lifts as required.-Must be able to use good judgement in making decisions.-Must be able to prioritize projects efficiently to meet deadlines.-Must have flexibility in schedule.-Must be able to pass Background ChecksQualifications/Special Skills and Certifications:
