We love to innovate, embrace big challenges, and live for the newest technologyThe Planning and Reporting team within the Corporate Store team is responsible for leveraging data to drive insights and improve the effectiveness or our retail stores. We work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive long term value and meet business objectives.The role will allow the incumbent to be proactively involved in all aspects of the planning, reporting and insights of sales and operations for retail at Bell Mobility. It is a phenomenal opportunity for individuals with an interest in applying their skills in manipulating large data sets along with the chance to leverage knowledge of big data platforms and/or to develop new skills using SAS and MicroStrategy to drive automation and advanced reporting for the business.Responsibilities:Drive insights of retail sales and operations data, using tools such as MS Excel, SAS/SQL, MicroStrategy or Tableau to identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions while executing flawlesslyDevelop strong interpersonal relationships with cross-functional partners (Inventory, Business Intelligence, Compensation, etc.) to achieve business objectivesTranslate complex analytical processes and insights into a non-technical manner to be easily understood by managementSupport the digitization of retail processes with a focus on driving growth and reducing operating expensesManage multiple projects related to enhancements of retail operational processes through collaboration with multiple stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsHighly adaptable to change and a fast paced environmentPassionate about data and making data driven decisionsAbility to communicate effectively with Directors and VPs about technical data using layman termsDemonstrated analytical ability with focus on detail, accuracy, complex problem solving and logic capabilitiesDemonstrated experience using programming languages such as SQLStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsDiploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a quantitative field1 - 2 years of experience in a role involving data analysis and/or strategic planningPrevious experience using BI tools such as SAS/Teradata/MicroStrategy/R is an asset but not requiredBilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Ontario : MississaugaApplication Deadline: 06/15/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
