You will solve complex production issues by working with cross functional team to bring the best solutions for our customers.

  • Work closely with DEV and QA teams to ensure our applications are optimized
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and how to articles
  • Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule
  • Escalating critical issues to Cloud Operation Team/Development team

Qualifications:Skills & Responsibilities:
  • 3-5 years experience in supporting development of business software for production use; preferably in Linux environments
  • Basic understanding of Front-End, Backend, APIs
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
  • Experience working with Ticketing System is required
  • Experience working with SQL / NoSQL Databases, creating & running queries
  • Building, leveraging, and maintaining relationships within and across workgroups
  • Actively engaging and supporting change and innovation by communicating the future state, trying new approaches and collaborating with others to make the change successful
  • Planning and supporting the development of knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill current and future job responsibilities more effectively
  • Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and sense of urgency for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed
  • Promoting and living customer service as a value. Ensuring that the (internal or external) customers needs are a driving force behind priorities, decisions, processes, and activities
Domain Management:
  • Facilitate domain transfer, registration, and renewal for new & existing clients
  • Provide domain-specific support to internal & external clients
  • Coordinate with Implementation Team on domain changes to meet the client launch schedules
  • Ensure proper domain configuration for site launches
  • Participate in large project rollout teams to ensure domain continuity
  • Conducts the appropriate post-Implementation handoff to the relevant team members
Qualification:
  • College Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics or equivalent work experience
  • CompTIA Certification is plus
  • AWS Certification is plus
  • Working experience with Amazon Web services is a plus
  • Working experience with Docker and troubleshooting Docker apps is a plus
  • Experience with source control management with Git, SVN or equivalent is a plus
  • Service Now experience is a plus
