You’ll use your processing experience to contribute to multiple processes on a number of different operating systems that directly impact our clients. As a Processing Clerk, you’ll participate with your team to solve issues and ensure procedures are followed. You’ll work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity standards and service level agreements. You’re flexible to work our processing centre hours which may include evenings and weekends.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.How you’ll succeed

  • Organizational skills - Use your knowledge of processes and systems to verify, process, and balance incoming items on a variety of different systems and equipment. Assist your team with administrative duties that improve your department’s efficiency.
  • Teamwork - Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements.
