Be ready to navigate the complex relationships that make the business world run and find the actionable insights that result in great business decisions.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an (Agile) Business Analyst to join our team.You will be part of a highly motivated IT team, will work closely with IT architects, developers, testers, while keeping a close collaboration with the business and IT-counterparts on client side.The main attributions are the Business Analyst tasks applied in Agile Context as part of Solution Delivery: requirements management in collaboration with Business Representatives, backlog management in collaboration with Product Owner, write User Stories, clarify queries raised by the team during or before the Sprint Delivery, Review Sprint Delivery (Test Functionality and validate Acceptance Criteria).Apart from the responsibilities on Solution Delivery, the Business Analyst can be also involved in Analyze on Initiative Level, working together with Business Owners and IT-Project Leads to define and choose the most suitable Solution Option to achieve the business goals.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseJob Responsibilities:Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies.Create requirements and specifications for business solutionsConduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvementDevelop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goalsEnsure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologiesConsult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factorsCollaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sourcesPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersWrite and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specificationsWork with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirementsContinuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiencyBusiness Analyst Requirements:

• 5 years of Business Analyst Telecom Industry Experience with domain knowledge of OSS / BSS
• 2 years of experience in service-oriented architecture principles to define and own Solution designs (applications and data technologies) and leverage cloud environment.
• 2 years with Agile methodologies.

Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related fieldStrong problem-solving and management skillsExcellent communication and analytical skillsTechnical writingWorking knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer scienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and otherData visualization and data analysis experience not required but preferredExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and ConfluencePreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseSame as aboveMust have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM’s consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
