Job Description

Company SummaryFRAM + Slokker is an experienced and award-winning residential developer/ builder that has been known for its creativity in planning, design and building premier residential and mixed-use communities across Canada and the United States for over 40 years. FRAM has successfully built over 14,000 residencies from custom homes to single family dwellings, multiple family, condominium and affordable rental homes, as well as mixed-use developments and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with the Site Superintendent
  • Coordinate and maintain current records of drawings and revisions
  • Distribute revisions and site instructions to trades as mandated by Site Superintendent
  • Issue Purchase Orders, order materials and supplies
  • Prepare and maintain various site communication/documentation with Head Office and site.
  • Maintain and organize all site office binders and folders as mandated by the Site Superintendent.
  • Entering, scanning, physical filing and data filing into Box, Builders Lynx and Procore including and not limited to purchaser files, site documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain current records of drawings and revisions
  • Coordinate with municipal inspections.
  • Maintain familiarity and all documentation of WHMIS, WSIB, OHSA, the Company’s Health and Safety Program & the COVID-19 Pandemic Plan.
  • Attend and participate in site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and prepare for distribution as directed;
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments accordingly including and not limited to concrete and rebar qualities, propane, equipment rentals, fuel, office supplies.
  • Monitor site security, instruction to guards and review logs.
  • Other work and tasks related to the company’s objectives, or as required by the Site Superintendent.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience as project administrator in the construction industry is an asset
  • Billing/invoicing experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material
  • Able to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail
  • Multitasking and prioritizing of workload, handling various job responsibilities at once
  • Ability to engage in client contact/coordination through phone and email communications
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
  • Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Procore is an asset.
