Project Management Office, Project Delivery teams and Operations). You will be responsible for selected governance and reporting processes within the Project Management Office ( eg. Benefits Management tracking and reporting, Enterprise Planview data quality, and Project portfolio dashboards and reporting). You will also be responsible for providing advice and building capability of delivery teams to improve project risk management practices and people change management skills.How You’ll SucceedProject Management – Support the governance and portfolio management objectives of the Project Management Office. Inspect and adhere to Project Management Policy and Standards, including compliance with the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF).People Change Management - Provide People Change Management advice to project delivery teams on selected projects, incorporating change management methodologies into planning, integration and execution practices to ensure smooth transition towards the desired end state.Collaboration – Help internal partners (including executives) make informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of selected projects. Work closely with project managers and delivery teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.Project Leadership – Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets.Who You AreAnalytical Y ou give meaning to data.
