Job Description

Sunset Grill Argentia - Mississauga is looking to hire ASAP. Weekend availability is a MUST....Responsibilities

  • Prepare breakfast food
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean station
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Prep food as needed by the restaurant
  • Keep inventory of available ingredients
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirement and Skills
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
Experience
  • line cook (required) preferably in breakfast
Job Type: Part-timeSalary: From $16.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only
Experience:
  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
