The successful candidate will report to the Director of Patient Experience. The coordinator will work with Patient and Family Partners to match them with engagement opportunities with our clinical and enabling programs. These opportunities may include focus groups, surveys, co-designing and planning of current and future services. In this role, you will be the main contact for Patient and Family Partners to learn about our engagement program and assist in the recruitment and retention process of these volunteers. You will also be the main contact for hospital staff and leaders to learn about the patient and family engagement process.Some key responsibilities include:
