At Aston Carter, you can expect a dynamic and competitive work environment.What we are hiring for: Contractor Care RepresentativeThe Contractor Care Representative (CCR) will manage the contractor experience by providing world-class customer service from start through re-deployment. The CCR is responsible for ensuring our contract employees receive superior support in relation to all job-related questions, concerns or issues. The CCR will work with all appropriate Aston Carter support groups to address contractor questions and requests.Tasks & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Establish regular contractor service touchpoints: 1st day, 1st week, and every 30 days after. Share content of touchpoints with relevant internal parties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractor issues and concerns and serve as the liaison between the contractor and recruiter. Escalate performance management matters to the appropriate party.
  • Inform contractor about office or client site closures, shift time changes, and other assignment related updates.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors and Aerotek. Escalate matters as appropriate to relevant partners in departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or diploma preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a high call volume environment is an asset
  • Working proficiency in French is an asset
