Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, this role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment and initiative, and usually involves multi-tasking. This is an entry level position.This position is located out of Mississauga, ON.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
  • Customer service: booking appointments/customer inquiries.
  • Dispatch telecom technicians via email and / or telephone for work across Canada.
  • Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files.
  • Assists other staff in office duties as required.
  • Performs such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by his/her supervisor/manager.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and dispatching experience is preferred.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
