  • You are responsible for all steps associated with identifying, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to our clients
  • You will work closely with an Account Manager (our sales team), to fill these positions as requested
  • You will utilize our internal data base, as well as external candidate sourcing portals to identify talent for the positions you are looking to fill
  • Develop creative recruiting tactics to attract top talent
  • Identify and attend events such as career fairs, open houses, professional association networking events to find the candidates you need
  • Conduct phone interview, face-to-face interviews, assist in preparing resumes for client’s reviews, conduct reference checks, coach candidates through their client interview, build relationships and network with the candidates you have placed and ensure you provide top customer service to them while they are on contract with our client
Career Growth & Progression:
  • Once you have proven your abilities as a successful recruiter you will be working towards a promotion
  • You can continue down the path of recruiting which could lead you to a Senior Recruiter, Recruiter Lead, Recruiter Practice Lead, Recruitment Manager and beyond.
  • Or, you could choose a more client facing and sales oriented path that will lead you to the Account Manager Position, SR. Account Manager Role, Practice Lead, Strategic Sales & Operations, Business Development Executive, Director, Country Manager or Regional Vice President.
  • Both of these career paths are highly production driven and sales oriented. Whether you decide to pursue the Recruiting path or Sales path, you are expected to:
    • Hit regular targets and weekly numbers pertaining to call volume, positions filled, customer service and commission levels
    • Work in a face paced, deadline-oriented environment- we are required to fill positions based on the commitment we made to our clients
    • Both roles offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions, annual bonuses based and shares in the company based on performance
Role of An Account Manager:
  • Sales driven role where you will be identifying companies/clients that will need the services of Aerotek
  • You are responsible for cold calling, researching and acquiring new clients/expanding existing clients
  • Providing exceptional service to our current and potential clients
  • Partner with clients to advise on hiring strategies understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions to help with their hiring needs
  • You will also be responsible for leading and developing recruiters and teaching them the fundamentals of recruiting on the positions you are acquiring from your clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in a sales/business development environment
  • Prior experience working in an environment with targets/metrics/deadlines
  • Proven leadership experience through work and school activities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

After one year of employment, your base salary will increase to $60,000!There is potential to earn quarterly bonuses and annual base increases based on performance. You can also earn stock in the company based on your yearly performance!
