The team is seeking a highly energetic Manager to help meet targets in this fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to interact with Bell senior leaders and influence reporting and planning processes for Mobility, BRS and Small Business.AccountabilitiesAnalyze monthly results by understanding business initiatives and drivers in order to prepare monthly commentary as well as a Reporting Package with Metrics, graphical presentations and dashboards for review with senior management.Communicate key trends and observations; make recommendations and champion opportunities to improve performanceProvide analysis on call/capacity/outsourcing mix insights, and unit rates by segment, by geographic regions and identify risks and opportunitiesFacilitate and guide Business Executives to identifying outsourcing expenses and streamlined both businesses to provide insight into Financial resultsProcess improvement of all vendor related expense including invoicing, accruals, investigationsAssist the Senior Manager in various initiatives to help improve the company’s EBITDA results.Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required and represent finance in various projects.Required Qualifications/Competencies:Undergraduate degree in finance/business/economics. MBA/CMA an assetUniversity degree with at minimum 5 years of experience in a financial planning environmentStrong financial systems knowledge on SAP, BPC, Business Intelligence “BI”, Micro-strategy, SQL and SAS.Strong technical and analytical skills including rate/volume variance analysis as well as leveraging business drivers to better understand results and build forecastsExcellent Excel skills and possess the ability to present results in a concise manner leveraging charts and graphs and using tools such as PowerPointAbility to streamline processes to improve both speed and accuracy of reporting and planningHighly advanced analytical skills with relentless attention to detailExcellent planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced / performance-driven environment.Strong communication skills along with the ability to convey financial analysis and metrics to managementAbility to partner with various cross functional groups and management levelsProven ability to be an effective team leader with strong interpersonal skillsTelecom experience a strong assetMinimum 2-3 years experience in a finance roleBilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Ontario : MississaugaApplication Deadline: 09/17/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
