Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs a valuable member of the Raptors 905 team, you will be responsible with team activations and MLSE partner activations such as post game autograph signings, Raptors Uprising Game Station, Guest and Fan Services etc. You will execute on and off-court activities and in the concourse at all Raptors 905 home games at Paramount Fine Foods Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and facilitate game day promotional events at Raptors 905 home games in accordance with MLSE internal clients for partner activations and fan engagement.
  • Provide professional, diplomatic and proactive fan service.
  • Offer friendly and informed responses to any service-related issue/inquiry.Work quickly to resolve, report and document for follow up, all fan and venue related incidents or problems.
  • Communicate positively with co-workers and fans; collaborate with Fan Engagement team to elevate service whenever possible.
  • Act as an ambassador to MLSE and our community; provide information to fans regarding MLSE events/history/trivia, other tourist attractions, transportation system etc.
  • Work closely with Security Services, Event Personnel & other event-based departments to assist fans with special needs/requests.
  • Respond to fan inquires and communication through venue social media accounts during events.
  • Other duties as the need arises.

  • Must be flexible to work weekday shifts, and weekends and holidays during the day and evening
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 Raptors 905 home games, possible playoff games, special events, and scheduled rehearsals
  • Enthusiastic team player who enjoys interaction with fans of all ages
  • Must have a solid knowledge of the game of basketball
  • Able to take direction and show initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work with enthusiasm and professionalism always
