Job Description

Location: Mississauga, ONDate Posted: 5/10/2022Job Number: JO-2205-1457Reports to: Warehouse & Distribution ManagerDepartment: Supply ChainThis is a Permanent Full - Time PositionJob Summary:Liase with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to coordinate the pickup of outbound order. Ensure all documentation is accurate and available to facilitate a smooth and compliant customs clearance process and end delivery to the customer.Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the interface between the site and the customer with regards to status of orders. Work with our logistics service provider to resolve any issues for inbound shipments and resolve any compliance concerns.
  • Coordinates and load balances for inbound receipts and schedules deliveries.
  • Manage Dangerous Goods classification process for outbound.
  • Attend Service meeting with customer Logistics Service Providers.
  • Train and obtain access to internal and external systems to facilitate data flow and transmission.
  • Monitor Carrier performance (delivery on time and damages and follow through on claim management)
  • Auditing, coding, and processing freight invoices.
  • Build thorough knowledge of Sales & Distribution module for SAP. Including understanding and processing of sales reversals and credits.
  • Ensuring updated Harmonized System (HS) codes list is maintained for imported products and providing the proper codes to our 3PL to ensure a smooth movement of goods. Maintain knowledge base on Import and Export Compliance and Regulations.
  • This position is 100% onsite with preferred relevant warehouse experience.
