Job Description

Were looking for someone who thrives in this setting and is encouraged to craft significant solutions through true partnership.Health Care Experience more than 3 years, Test Lead Experience 5 years, agile experience minimum 3 years or more

  • Strong Agile Experience having knowledge about all different Agile Ceremonies –Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning & Break-out sessions, Release retrospectives, and Technical Design walkthroughs
  • Able to participate and prove the inputs for the Sprint Planning, Stand-ups and System Demo
  • Experience crafting Overall Test Strategy for all Features (Scenarios, Regression impact, Dependencies, Risks, and Timelines) during the PI Planning
  • Prepare Coordinated Testing Framework for the supporting Release for impacted E2E workflows
  • Ability to provide Overall E2E Test Estimation for all Features in scope (in Story Points)
  • Review E2E Test Scenarios/Cases to cover Positive & Negative conditions and Integration touch points with collaborators
  • Ability to define and Handle Feature Dependencies in collaboration with PO / SA (Predecessors / Successors)
  • Provide mentorship to System QE on execution priority based on critical path in collaboration with Integration partners
  • Facilitate Test Evidence walkthrough & System Demo to Collaborators
  • Provide input into Defect Priority and Severity for the PO/SA to make determination of the fix
  • Review JIRA Tasks –QA/QE Task Creation, Estimation, Actual Hours, Task Status etc.
  • Experience working with QE Capacity planning
  • Ability to create and Publish E2E Test Execution Status Report
