Job Description

Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been in business for over 25 years. We are located in Mississauga, Ontario and provide a wide variety of services ranging from new construction, demolition to drilling.We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the role of IT Coordinator.The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Maintaining the company server, laptops and other equipment to ensure minimum downtime- Ensuring the company server and software are fully functional and ensuring maximum security- Sourcing, implementing and maintaining new company software- Maintaining, troubleshooting and ensuring implementation of company softwares and programs (Corecon, Quickbooks, Asset Inventory System, GPS Tracking, etc.) and where possible, working on solutions to get them working with each other- Maintaining and updating the company website- Setting up all new employees with the necessary hardware/software required for their role - laptop, office phone, cell phone, security cards, alarm password, keys, etc.- Liaising with third-party hardware/software providers to resolve all IT related issues to ensure minimum downtime- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and answer pertinent questions for jobsite/office employees - during and after office hours when necessary. After hours troubleshooting may be required.- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees- Provide accurate information to the company on IT products or services- Record events and problems and their resolutions in logs- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by employees to the management team- Must have strong computer skills and be very capable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.This individual will be reporting to Senior Management and will be handling confidential and time sensitive information. As such, discretion and prudence is a must.This position will require the following :- Tech savy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products- Must have knowledge in Veeam, Office 365, Teams, Windows Server, Windows 10- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues- Excellent attention to detail- Proficiency in English both written and verbal- IT/Computer Science degree or relevant fieldJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
