Duration: PermanentJob PurposeThe job purpose of the Management Associate role is a dual accountability to 1) support the Head of IT, along with his direct reports, in the coordination and organization of the various administrative duties, project work and meeting coordination to facilitate the smooth and productive operation of the functional department and 2) be fully accountable for a technical area of expertise (for example: Global mobility, Scrum / Product Owner / Project Management)Job AccountabilitiesProvide timely, accurate, and effective Administrative support to Senior Management and/or their direct reports, contributing to the achievement of organizational and corporate goalsProactively manage and make independent decisions regarding priorities of multiple calendars; plan, schedule and coordinate teleconferences and videoconferences. Coordinate global travel, arrange and follow through with onsite/offsite meetings including large department meetings, working with outside vendors; creating contracts and purchase orders, and processing payment and expense reports. Use various PC and software applicationsAddress problems and develop practical, thorough, and creative solutions, at times without relying on precedent or supervisory review.
