Job Description

We are currently looking for Junior Production Lead Hand in the Mississauga, ON area. Apply today so you don’t miss out on this opportunity.Pay Rate:$24-$26 per hour BOEShift:Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 11pmResponsibilities:

  • Monitors daily production and adjust production based on inventory.
  • Review production set-ups for accuracy and quality requirements.
  • Assist troubleshooting of machines.
  • Train/maintain training of team members in the process
  • Supplies management with daily oral and written reports on personnel issues and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for confirming the required manning for their shifts and reporting all requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in the Food Processing Industry.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to determine solutions for personnel and quality issues.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of GMP and HACCP
  • Temp to perm opportunity
