Landscaping and Construction Marketing & Sales, Estimating, Project ManagementCompany Description: Erindale Landscaping and Construction is a fast-growing company. It provides residential and commercial landscape construction services for the great Toronto Area.Position Goal: To generate sales and prepare estimates/proposals to ensure the construction meets annual and net sales goals, projects are completed on time, at accepted quality levels, and within budget.Reports To: General ManagerSupervises: Landscape Construction CrewResponsibilities: Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service· Identify and reach potential clients and sub-contractors, partners· Build sales networks.· Screen leads to determine client needs.· Returns all calls the same day as received.· Conduct site visit as soon as possible, not later than 1 week if possible.· Prepare bids and proposals for clients within five days of the site visit.· Learn company programs and accurately estimate.· Ensure customer satisfaction.· Resolve customer complaints concerning the quality of plant materials, installation, and change orders.· Review final project invoices for accuracy.· Collect deposits and balances from clients.Production/Management· Review plans with the crew leader/foreman and designer to decide the most efficient method to complete a project on time and within budget.· Maintain accurate records on projects including job cost, change orders, crew travel time, installation time, material, and daily job reports· Plan, schedule and supervise daily/weekly production for the assigned construction crew· Locate, select & secure material as required for projects.· Supervise daily construction projects & visit the job site to review progress.· Manage & schedule subcontractors· Prepare accurate final job cost reports and final invoices· Review and approve invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.· Monitor hourly costs and maintain minimum per-hour target numbers.· Monitor job costs and ensure that they are within budget.· Assist other staff throughout the year as requiredOther· Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor(s).Requirements: · Landscape Construction/Estimating/Sales: 3 years (Required)· Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)· Landscape-related associates degree, diploma, certificate (Preferred).· Ability to drive a trailer (Required)· Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSalary: $55,000 plus commissionJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
