This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.What We NeedWe are looking for aLead Desktop Support Technicianwho will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.Are you:Excited about a role that serves as the face of IT and supports the internal users that support our customers and internal operational and enabling functionsSomeone with excellent people and relationship-building skills which will set you up for success in interacting with colleagues, regional teams, and vendor partnersAs theLead Desktop Support Technician,you will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS desktop and laptop computers, printers and peripherals. The Lead Desktop Support Specialist will act as the Subject matter expert and point of escalation; you will work closely with other members of the information technology department to support all business and IT users.A Day in the LifeSubject Matter Expert for Element’s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)Lead Deskside resource for End User related Change activityProblem management - root cause analysis and problem creation to drive down tickets and improve DSS processesProvide backup support to the Email Administrator for Azure AD and O365 environmentsEstablishes and maintains a positive working relationship with all organizational departments to optimize working partnership and communicationDocument and maintain procedures according to departmental standardsAct as Deskside Support point of contact with VendorsDocument and maintain procedures according to departmental standardsRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred1-3 years technical work experience with a minimum of 1 years experience in an IT Systems Support production environment supporting Windows 10 and Mac OSKnowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc)Some knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administrationExperience with System Center Configuration ManagerExperience supporting O365 / MS Office and a variety of WiFi-enabled devicesPrior knowledge in supporting remote usersDemonstrated problem solving ability and excellent customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 30 pounds#LI-NJ1What’s in it for You
