He/She will liaise with Service Managers and Solution Architects in service strategy definition, contribute to service development by designing solutions according to the service strategy and will act as Level 3 for supporting incident/problems processes. This position will both report to the Global Operations DWP Manager, as well as GIO End User Services Director in the Americas Hub.Within the Global Operations team, the Solution Expert DWP (Digital WorkPlace) helps to ensure the stable operation of Air Liquide Digital Workplace solutions, primarily based on Google Apps & Cloud Platform technology, on a global perimeter. An awareness about Mobile Device Management will be a plus. The Solution Expert DWP will contribute and/or suggest technical improvements for the End User Service in general.Operations & Services (70%)Administration of DWP platformsConduct daily technical administrative work to ensure the availability, stability and security of the solutionL4 SupportParticipation in technical projects supported by the team DWP L4Animation of the global community of support via Google + Kite and trainingParticipation to EUS change committee (CAB) (Coordination, Content and information sharing)Development & continuous Improvement (30%)Technology Watch (Discover, test, inform, and capitalize)Development & Maintenance (optimization of daily work, proposals for innovative solutions and documentation)Review & provide input on proposals from an architectural perspective, including feasibility, technical viabilityParticipation to the Kite Animation Developers community (Google apps & Cloud Platform)Contribute to the problem management and Continuous Improvement processes around these specific platforms.
