Job Title: Logistic Coordinator - Brytor International MovingArea: Mississauga, OntarioWork schedule: Full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: 20$/h to 26$/h depending on experience and educationStarting date: As soon as possible_________________________Brytor International Moving is one of Canada’s leading international moving companies that has been providing peace of mind to its customers for more than 50 years. If you are also a team player, this job could be for you, provide us with your resume NOW!_________________________Main tasks & responsibilities:· Ensure the move coordination with a remarkable all-around experience for our clients· Coordinate the entire move process including quoting the client, coordinate transportation and storage activities, manage the client database, troubleshoot issues, oversee customer support and prepare and handle different types of follow-up· Support our Export/Import team with data entry· Maintain communication between all different parties involved· Update and organize our information system with the latest information· Provide an excellent customer service at every stage of the process· Ensure that we have all the documentation on files· With the operations, ensure the planning and distribution of pick-ups and deliveries· Negotiate freight rates; ensure the booking, the tracking and the monitoring of international shipments· Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and all documentation with discretion and ensure the confidentiality· Assist with the billing of the files· Assist with the general duties of the office· Accomplish all related tasksRequirements:· Degree in administration/supply chain or any other relevant field· Minimum 2 to 3-year experience in a similar role· Minimum of 2-year experience in customer service· Experience in logistics or in the moving industry (asset)· Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)Skills/Abilities:· Attention to details and problem-solving skills· Organization skills· Good computer skills· Ability to work in fast pace environment· Being able to work under pressure and manage stress· Ability to work under minimal supervisionAttitudes:· Proactive and dynamic· Diplomat, interpersonal skills· Open-minded, ready to learn and easily coachableJob Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentSalary: $20.00-$26.00 per hourSchedule:
