Job Description

The Position(13 months CDIP)Job Purpose

  • To provide documentation management as well as operational andadministrative support to the Market Access and Pricing department.
  • To ensure that all pricing and reimbursement submissions are prepared and submitted in a timely and appropriate manner that reflects Roche’s quality standards and existing guidelines. This includes acting as a liaison between customers and Roche cross-functional teams to ensure that requests for information are appropriately addressed.
Key Accountabilities:Documentation Management
  • Coordinate and compile documentation associated with Submissions (e.g. CADTH submissions, Federal/ Provincial/Territorial [FPT] submissions, private payer submissions, HDAP submissions) including responses to submission requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination of documentation related to response to internal and external requests for notification of changes to the products and price as per the requirements of external stakeholders (e.g., ministries and agencies requirements).
  • Coordinate and compile documentation in response to requests for additional information as part of Submission review process
  • Organize all key departmental files (both hard and soft copies) regarding pricing and submissions. This includes management and coordination of touchpoint and Google sites.
  • Initiate, monitor and complete document reviews and approvals (i.e., MAP Docket Review, DocuSign)
Operational and Administrative Management
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and enforce the use of departmental guidance documents, policies and systems
  • Responsible for submission of pricing details and / or confirmations to external customers, including provincial formularies and third party insurance agencies
  • Responsible for the distribution of the Roche price list.
  • When requested, responsible for scheduling internal and / or external meetings related to pricing and submissions. Internal meetings include but are not limited to: submission kick-off meetings, meetings with VP and Lessons Learned meetings.
  • Liaise with Office Services (Duplication), Government Relations and BPS regarding generation of provincial copies of pCODR or CDR submission along with provincial requirements (hard copies, binders, USBs, CDs as required)
  • Coordinate translation of documents with Translation Services for INESSS submissions and correspondence with the province of Quebec
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1-year work experience in the field of drug market access preferably in formulary product reimbursement and pricing submissions.
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to large groups.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS SharePoint, Google Apps.
