Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a mid-level Marketing Coordinator to join their team in the Mississauga area. The ideal candidate will bring great energy, high motivation and is a self starter thats not afraid to get their hands dirty! The candidate will be responsible for all marketing initiates at the organization and will bring fresh ideas to the table. You will be reporting directly to the senior management and have the flexibility of a hybrid work place. If you bilingual that is a bonus but not required. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years years experience in the marketing world and hold a degree.AdvantagesBenefits:

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management for all internal marketing communication activities
  • Manage the marketing communication calendar annually as well as quarterly
  • Coordinate all event and tradeshow opportunities
  • Work with senior management to provide daily support for all marketing initiatives
  • Execute marketing communication projects as well as manage and support our relationship with our advertising agency
  • Manage online communication projects including website updates, online ad campaigns, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or communications is beneficial
  • Minimum of four to five years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Professional level communication skills
  • PR knowledge and expertise in event planning or tradeshow planning is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with in-dept knowledge of all Microsoft 365 programs
  • Experience working within WordPress would be an asset, training for the right candidate will also be available.
