We will build organizational capabilities and passion that compete in the present and build for the future to enable and encourage balanced and healthy lives.This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the marketing team gaining an understanding of the multi-faceted areas that support marketing in a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.The Marketing Project Coordinator will work under a marketing/project manager to help with administrative tasks on a specific project in order to execute the right projects, the right way at the right time.This position will be responsible for:

  • Delivering against corporate growth targets
  • Being a Stage-Gate process, Commercialization and Product Lifecyle Management expert (CBT/CBX)
  • Supporting Project Business Case Owner in project execution
  • Maintain and administer project information systems (e.g. Accolade, PDM etc.) throughout Gate process
  • Partner with Project Champion to facilitate key decision making, remove roadblocks and outline risks to drive the projects forward through Stage Gate Process
  • Role model and coach the project team to help embed the best practice project management process and ways of working
  • Provide support for other tasks including (but not limited to) invoicing, obsolete packaging management, etc.
  • Liaison with the US and International PLM teams
The position will report to the Innovation Marketing Manager and work extensively with cross functional teams like regulatory, supply chain, packaging, and R&D.Skills, Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
  • 6+ months marketing/project management experience (co-op experience will be considered)
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle components and various departments involved
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business units, seek common ground and establish alignment on common goals
  • Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach
  • Problem solving / innovative solutions experience
  • Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences (including senior management and cross functional team members)
  • Demonstrated ability to be accountable for key KPI’s and targets
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and ability to learn new systems
