We deliver services that connect, host, virtualize, store, collaborate, integrate, compute and transact business solutions that utilizes cloud first, automation, analytics, “as a Service”, BIG data and software defined.The Network Analyst within the Network Access Org is a key role in the development, delivery implementation and operational support of Network services at designated branch site(s) Key Responsibilities:

  • You will function as the Network Engineer for deploying and operating network infrastructure based on a standard architecture
  • You will build and operate data networks, transition traditional and legacy networks using Central Management Systems, Network Function Virtualization.
  • Closely work with factory/operational technology teams to understand the end-to-end operational workflow and help designing standard network architecture
  • Proactively monitor and manage the network/server infrastructure and avoid business disruptions
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors’ Degree OR 2+ years IT infrastructure experience
  • 2+ years Infrastructure experience managing Local Area Networks.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in configuring Cisco switches or Wireless LAN controllers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OSI layer Concepts, including ARP, STP, Network & Protocols, Broadcast, multicast, routing, etc
WE VALUE
  • Experience developing IT infrastructure and maintaining networks
  • Working Knowledge of network protocols, switches and Server environment.
  • Experience with Cisco Switching and router platforms preferred.
  • Experience with any Service Management platform a plus
  • Skills in partnering with internal customers at all levels to define problems, identify solutions, and facilitate change
  • Skill/proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into logical, actionable parts.
  • Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills in network environment.
  • CCNA or Equivalent Network Certification
  • The ability to translate business issues / requirements and objectives into technical solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills - effective listening and teaming
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated bias for action
  • Excellent oral, written and collaborative communication skills, including executive level communications
