The Harm Reduction Program Manager will be required to provide oversight, service coordination, programming and education to both employees and service users. Working from a trauma-informed framework and strengths-based perspective, the Harm Reduction Program Manager will support youth in the development of harm reduction plans to reduce the risk associated with substance use. They will work collaboratively with program staff and community partners to provide overdose prevention, education, advocacy and harm reduction supply distribution within the youth service sector in the Region of PeelRole Overview
