Our products already improve the experience of 1M+ patients annually, and we are just getting started.Next Gen Leadership Program:HealthHub’s Next Gen Leadership Program is aimed at high-potential new graduates looking to find their passion and quickly build their professional skill set by rotating through a variety of challenging roles. We are developing the next generation of world-class business leaders by providing energetic and driven go-getters looking to make a difference in the Canadian healthcare space a personalized platform to accelerate their career growth.As a Next Gen Leader, you will rotate through two areas of the company, driving forward various initiatives in fast-paced environments. Rotations will be centered around critical business challenges – your role will be a problem solver that will define the underlying problems, perform deep-dive analyses, build business case-backed strategies, present to senior executives, and manage the implementation of initiatives that power HealthHub’s growth into the future.Rotation and final landing opportunities include:

• Business strategy/consulting

• Digital strategy and Business Intelligence
• Product design and development
• Marketing and business development
• Sales operations
• Project management

• Financial analysis and forecasting
• People & Culture (Human Resources)

Throughout, you will have the opportunity for personal mentorship from our senior leaders, helping to drive your development even further. After successful completion of your two rotations, you will have developed invaluable skills and leadership characteristics and will be ready to land in a full-time role that best suits your skills, passions, and aspirations.The ideal Next Gen Leader:

• Excited to make a difference in the Canadian healthcare space
• Confident communicator able to influence team members to work towards a desired outcome
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve challenging problems backed by sound insights
• Leverage data to identify business insights and influence change with stakeholders
• Team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong customer experience mentality that puts the customer first while being accountable for financial outcomes
• Thought leader that is comfortable with decision making, accountability, and ownership
• Organized self-starter that is excited by challenges and driven to try new ideas and create meaningful change
• Willingness to learn and leverage powerful analytics platforms/tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.)
• Bachelor’s university degree in business/commerce, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related fields attained no longer than one year prior to Summer 2023 start date
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, though necessary for a role in Québec
