Job Description

We are currently looking for an Ocean Import Coordinator to join our growing team. If youre an experienced customer service professional with a positive attitude then we want to hear from you!Main duties and responsibilities:As a global logistics expert, you will be responsible for managing the shipment process including scheduling, quoting, cargo insurance, documentation and track/trace products. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to both clients and vendors and ensure on time delivery of products.Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in International Freight Forwarding
  • Must have a deep understanding and appreciation for customer care
  • Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Highly motivated and team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Customers
  • Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
  • CIFFA Certification is considered an asset
