Job Description

As a nation wide fast growing wholesaler/eCommerce company based in the GTA, we specialize in providing customers with consumer goods such as grocery items, pet food, electronics, health care, and a growing number of products. We work with multiple Fortune 500 companies and distributors to provide customers with in demand products at competitive prices.We are growing and looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to report to our Mississauga Office to assist in day-to-day office operations and streamline processes. As a team member, you will be treated as such with the potential of profit sharing, increased responsibilities, and bonus pay. The possibilities for upward growth are endless and completely determined by your own efforts and work ethic.Responsibilities:

  • Build and update excel spreadsheets to provide information that can be used to make decisions in regards to purchasing, inventory levels, cash flow, restocking periods, etc.
  • Perform analysis with the goal to uncover areas of improvements and develop solutions and innovative systems (using excel and other tools) that can drive additional value to the company
  • Develop systems and implement process improvement initiatives to improve KPI such as out-of-stock rate, inventory turnover rate, etc.
  • Coordinating with other team members to make sure all information is readily available and organized
  • Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma (minimum)
Must have:
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in developing simple systems on Excel
  • Ability to learn procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
Nice to have:
  • Innovative thinking
  • Excel VBA Knowledge
  • Pursuing an undergraduate diploma in computer science, information systems, IT or related field
  • Ability to automate processes and tasks to increase efficiency
  • Ability to multitask
