If you are passionate about what you do, motivated to improve the health of the community, committed to excellence, quality and patient safety we would like you to join our Better Together team!The In-Patient Medicine Program consists of a more than 360 budgeted beds across the CVH & MH and is staffed by inter-professional teams who support the care of critically ill and complex medicine patients within the Mississauga-Halton LHIN. Our teams provide high quality-patient centered care in an innovative environment to support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce that reflects the community in which we live and serve.Reporting to a Clinical Manager within the Program, the ideal candidate will be focused on providing patient centered care and will be given the opportunity to deliver care with compassion, excellence and courage. The initial assignment for this role is to support care on an in-patient unit whose patient population includes general medicine patients with diverse needs, including seniors with complex, chronic medical conditions. The ideal candidate will also support care for medicine patients on other patient care units as required.Required Qualifications:
