We aim for excellence.Job DescriptionReporting to the Business Development Manager, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing the used car purchasing facet of the Kenny U-Pull market by developing strong relationships with suppliers and constantly searching for new clients. You will work closely with the call center and logistics team and strive to surpass purchasing objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Solicit clients and develop your own client base (dealers, garages, auction houses, etc.);
  • Build solid relationships within the automobile and recycling industry;
  • Follow up on client leads in person, by telephone and email, as well as through social media;
  • Negotiate purchasing terms;
  • Communicate effectively with other departments.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of sales experience;
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development;
  • Prospecting experience;
  • Ability to cover a 2 hour territory (100km) from home office
  • Toronto territory includes Burlington to Don Valley 404 (Inclusive of Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto, Newmarket, Kitchener and Barrie)
  • Valid G driver’s licence and good driving record.
Skills required
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good with numbers and mental calculations;
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Customer service;
  • Analytical mind.
Additional Information
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday;
  • Permanent, full-time position;
  • Travel (80% of the time on the road).
