Paint Crew MemberQuality Painting is quickly growing and you have the opportunity to join our Team.We are looking for somebody who either has experience in this field, or has the willingness and drive to learn this trade. There are many skills that can be acquired through the work we do. Is this something your interested inTasks consist of but are not limited to :- Masking and preparing materials for the painting process- Prep work- Sanding, patching & caulking if needed , cleaning, etc.- The painter shall maintain their Company Supplied Spray Gun and Tools.- The spray area ( In-Home) shall be torn down and wrapped up- Maintain supplies and materials by notifying the manager of any issues or shortages- Organizing space to create a suitable work area- Responsible for storage of the paint products in the designated area- Work and stand for extended periods of time while wearing a respirator mask- Follow applicable safety standards and fire prevention methodsRequirements:- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the painting trade;- Ability to work in a deadline oriented and fast paced environment;- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish production goals;- Detail oriented;- Accuracy and attention to details, good eye for quality- Applicant MUST be dedicated, high work ethic, highly dependable, able to work independently, works well with others and be skilled in time management.- Safety conscious- Be punctual and reliable- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within Mississauga, to Etobicoke, Oakville, Milton, and even Toronto.- Must have own basic tools3 Month Probationary PeriodThis is a Full-timeExpected start date: Monday 29 November 2021$20 - $25/HR to start depending on experience, with future opportunity for growth and advancement.COVID-19 considerations:- We are screening every customer before we accept their job.
