Job TitlePart-time Seasonal Guest Services RepresentativeJob Description SummaryMain Objectives:

  • Be an active, efficient and effective member of the Guest Services TEAM
  • Provide premium customer service through established programs, including but not limited to providing visitor Health & Safety information, support and services to the shopping and travelling public in the common areas off the shopping centre and kiosk
  • “Beyond the Booth” Guest Services does not stop at the kiosk and should be carried out at all times
  • Act as a liaison with tenants
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all patrons and tenants by being knowledgeable about the property and its offeringsProvide Customer assistance with all available mall services.Assist other mall personnel (Security and Maintenance) to provide an exceptional Customer Experience, promoting a safe and clean environmentAssist with various on-site promotions and eventsCultivate relationships with the shopping centre’s retailers and continually stay abreast of product offerings and store promotions.Telephone, Email and In-Person InquiriesPrepare and manage various customer tracking initiativesBe aware of and monitor the shopping centre’s, and its retailer’s, online presence on a daily basis such as; Facebook, Twitter, Website, Instagram, etc.Professionally respond online to customer service inquiries on social media. (If applicable)Monitor mall events, retailer sales and promotions to communicate onto social media platforms as deemed necessary. (If applicable)Opening & Closing duties as per the Guest Services SupervisorCollating various documentation for shopping centre distribution, signage/decal coordination, compiling and updating store and directory information, ballot counting and assisting with various display set-upsMaintaining cleanliness and organization at the workspaceOther duties as assigned by the Guest Services SupervisorAnd most importantly, ensuring that our Customers leave our shopping centre happy with all of their needs metQualifications:Excellent customer service skills with a drive to go above and beyondSuperior written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a “team” environmentAble to work evenings and weekendsCreative and self-motivatedVarious computer skills – Microsoft OfficeCompetent in Social Media, Facebook, Twitter, Website, etc.Cushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
