Job Description

Wedding Photographer Job DescriptionOur studio is looking for positive and dedicated wedding Photographer to join our team.A little bit about usWe are a rapidly growing business that requires two or more individual that can work in fast paced environment and shoot mostly south asian weddings. We are a big team and require experienced photographers. Hired candidate would be attending 3-5 classes to learn our style and culture and how we want our primary photographers to shoot the weddings.Skill Requirements:

  • Punctual.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Should have shot more than 20 complete weddings to show in their portfolio (south-asian weddings is a must)
  • Should have experience in south-Asian weddings.
  • Should own a car and a valid drivers license
  • Would be required to come to the studio for meetings.
  • Strong command of the English language both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing high-value clients and their expectations.
  • Have a professional attitude towards clients and other professionals.
  • Ability to deliver positive, solution based responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work with a high level of discretion and be able to work independently.
WORKING HOURS: Type: Contract workWork Days: Monday to SundayContracted Hours: Min of 6hrs and a Max of 13hrs per dayCompensation: $250-$1000/day (Varies depending on the booked job and your work)The hiring process will be conducted in four rounds.Round 1: Application:
  • Please provide 10 galleries of the best weddings youve shot.
  • Please provide a link to your online portfolio for us to review.
  • Each application will be reviewed by the Fotos by Anum Studio team and a selection of the applicants will be chosen to move on to the next round.
Round 2: Phone Interview
  • For the phone interview, only the successful candidates will be contacted.
  • The phone interview will be mostly behavioural and lets us get to know you a little better!
  • Round 3: Face to Face interview
  • This round will be a face-to-face interview conducted at our studio with the studio owner Anum.
Round 4: Field Test
  • Once you have complete the other rounds successfully there will be a period of time where you will shadow our studio’s owner (Anum) at her weddings ensuring that you maintain the quality experience our couples have come to know and that you know how to capture the imagery our studio is known for.
