Job Description

Overview:The Role: The PIT Analyst reports directly to the PIT Manager and is based out of PepsiCo’s Head Office located in Mississauga. This role is responsible for leading and supporting Cornerstone (CS) Business Proposals (BP’s) by ensuring a smooth process from start to finish for a successful in market product launch. This role will work with a broader cross-functional team such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D and Commercialization.The CompanyPepsiCo Canada is recognized as one of Canada’s top 100 employers.   • Cornerstone Responsibilities
  • Manage CS Projects that are assigned for key PFC brands
  • Product set up - create accurate BDC codes with relevant FLC Hierarchy
  • Creating FLC Codes, GTIN’s, UPC’s, and creating pricing for assigned projects
  • Responsible to create and initiate the process for Brand Mark, Marketing Copy and Graphic Requisitions.
  • Graphic Requisitions process for Final Packaging and Corrugate is managed by the PIT Analyst from start to finish with key stake holders providing input at different stages
  • Monitor timely execution of approvals at each stage to ensure all elements to reach packaging and prepress vendor.
  • Monitor and update the marketing copy template
  • Actively participate and provide updates for all projects assigned at at biweekly taskforce meetings and weekly Collaboration Meeting
  • Responsible for running and distribution of Preliminary and Final Manufacturing Notification to the broader team.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed in CS on time and ensure effective escalation of issues to avoid any risk in products being launched on time
  • Update and document all processes in terms of trainings, job aids, templates etc.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to broader cross functional team and stake holders to support CS tasks
  • Liaise with Prime movers to ensure projects are in scope and BP’s schedules are on track and flagging any schedule risks to PIT manager
  • Support cross functional team with cornerstone functionality
  • Provide leadership and support for projects, tasks and process improvements as business needs arise
  • Responsibilities expected to expand as the business rolls out PGT (PepsiCo Global Template)
Qualifications:Who’s a good fit for the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Individual must be self-starter, highly motivated, and possess ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
  • Understanding of the Frito Lay or related industry commercialization process and role within the organization
  • Knowledge of common project management principles and tactics
  • Experience in facilitating groups or leading training
  • Technical competency and understanding of supply chain systems an asset
  • Detail and results oriented with strong execution skills partnered with intellectual curiosity
  • Energized by continuous changes with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities on tight timelines
  • Ability to coach and develop talent
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Cornerstone (Oracle OPLM) or equivalent functionality and usage
