We love to innovate, embrace big challenges, and live for the newest technologyThe Pricing team is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to own key capital projects for the mobility pricing team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment. The role will provide opportunities to develop and manage new mobility products & services, marketing execution tools and pricing functionality. Reporting to the Senior Pricing Manager, the Pricing Projects Specialist is responsible for the strategy and execution of key $XXM pricing projects and the representation of pricing interests in large cross functional business initiatives.The fast-paced environment in which the team operates in is very dynamic and offers plenty of opportunity for challenge, growth and development for a motivated self-starter.Key Accountabilities

  • Effectively engage, lead and influence cross functional stakeholders to deliver all projects within committed timeline and scope, meeting project requirements and deliverables
  • Collaborate with partners (IT, Network, Marketing, BI, Channel, Ops etc.) across the organization to deliver projects on Pricing’s capital road map
  • Lead the design and delivery of projects involving business case building, solution design and implementation, change management, and post launch monitoring
  • Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and prove viability of new initiatives which improve mobility products & services, enhance processes or systems, or drive revenue growth
  • Represent Pricing’s interests on cross-functional projects being run by other business units (retail, direct marketing, BRS, customer ops)
  • Support the Sr. Manager in articulating program details to the executive & director level group
  • Develop understanding of end-to-end mobility pricing process; including strategy, analysis, market dynamics and execution
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree with a Business, Economics, Marketing, or Mathematics and/or related discipline
  • Proven ability in project management and leading large cross functional teams with a strong track record of achieving expected benefits
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SAS and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
