We have an direct hire opportunity available in the East Mississauga area near Courtneypark and Hurontario. This role is with a leader in the aerospace industry. The ideal Production worker (general labour) candidate will be self-motivated, hardworking and reliable and will have previous experience with varnishes or commercial painting. Responsibilities
  • Production duties
  • Varnishing stators, rotors and armature in a vacuum tank
  • Curing production a drying oven
  • Excess varnish is cleaned off and checked for quality
  • Use of hand tools and QA tools
  • Organizing work station
  • Other duties assigned from time to time
QualificationsThe ideal candidate
  • At least 6 months of warehouse production experience
  • Previous commercial painting experience is an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on a fast-paced production line
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Be able to comfortably lift 50lbs
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment
