How will you make an impactActs as a liaison between the client and Patheon’s internal Pharmaceutical Development Services (PDS) organization to ensure that all needs are met concerning both project budgets and timelinesWhat will you doClient Management:
  • Manages client satisfaction by managing client expectations efficiently with minimal coaching from management. Maintains good working relationship with client.
Project Management:
  • Manages active small-medium projects with support from management
  • Practices standard project reporting procedures to client and management (i.e. minutes, agendas, executive summaries, etc.)
  • Works with management to resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team.
  • Maintains positive team member interactions and manage conflict with assistance from management
Business Management:
  • Plans, monitors, and ensures completion of all activities outlined in the client quote for each project.
  • Prepares amendments for changes of scope in a timely manner.
  • Creates and maintains client timelines
  • Creates and maintains deliverables within ChangePoint.
  • Contributes to Unit monthly forecasts by managing project estimated monetary values (EMV); and tracking / reporting of revenue Risks and Opportunities
How will you get hereEducation/Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
  • Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical development experience
Equivalency:Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple project deliverables.
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.

Physical Requirements:
  • Light physical effort and fatigue. Walks, sits or stands for limited periods.
  • May require occasional equipment operation including keyboard equipment.
  • Lifts light items for limited duration.
  • Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odours, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
  • Use of Personal Protective equipment may be required and may include any of the following: safety glasses, safety shoes, lab coat, gloves, hair net, beard cover, safety apron, respirator on occasionally.
