Job Description

Role SummaryThe Quality Analyst Manufacturing is responsible for reporting and maintenance of Manufacturing Quality Metrics. They are familiar with basic quality assurance techniques (investigational, statistical, and analytical) which they use to interpret data and highlight issues and trends within the quality metrics. They will become familiar with ISO 13485 and contribute to the daily running of the Manufacturing Quality department including audits, lessons learned and reporting.Snapshot of Responsibilities

  • Initiate, coordinate and analyze (e.g., Root cause analysis, trending, control charting, gap analysis) data and reports using statistical techniques; Design and improve quality metrics to reflect the changing needs of the business.
  • Identify and coordinate CI activity resulting from Metrics.
  • Responsible for a PLA and spot audit coordination.
  • Participate in Internal audits as an auditor.
  • Responsible for producing Quality reports in support of T2, T3 and T4 meetings across manufacturing.
  • Comply with the Health & Safety policies of the company and inform management of unsafe working conditions
  • Other duties as required
What you bring to the team
  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent of education and work experience
  • Training or certification in Quality field is preferred
  • 2-3 years quality analyst/quality engineering experience preferred, in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated competence as a Quality Analyst or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and/or database programs/marcos. Proficient in MS Office and must be comfortable navigating and analyzing electronic systems (for example SAP, Windchill, EtQ or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (presentation, written and oral)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulated environments.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management
