Job Description

Infosys is seeking a React JS, Node JS. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualification :
  • 4+ years of hands-on Software Development experience in React JS and Node JS
  • Experience with AWS is a plus
  • Experience with continuous integration and build tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, etc.
  • Experience in Unit Testing tools– Junit, QUnit, Selenium, Cucumber
  • Knowledge on at least one Relational Databases and ORM technologies
  • Good working knowledge of OO concepts, Design Patterns, UML
  • Experience in designing and developing web applications, performing technical analysis and recommending solutions.
  • Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Red hat Linux, Windows operating systems
  • Experience in working in Agile / Scaled Agile
  • Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills
