If you are passionate about what you do, motivated to improve the health of the community, committed to excellence, quality and patient safety we would like you to join our Better Together team!Overview:As a Recruiter, you will spend your time primarily working as partner with our business to attract top talent to join our “Better Together” team at Trillium Health Partners. We want you to bring your enthusiasm and ideas for talent management to support our recruitment initiatives and being an employer of choice in healthcare.Accountabilities:

  • Be the BEST representative for THP with potential candidates and our Hiring Leaders and ensure that they have the most incredible recruitment experience
  • Manage the recruitment process from the intake meeting to onboarding
  • Manage reference process with a third party provider
  • Create/update interview guides and prepare interview packages
  • Complete screening calls
  • Maintaining electronic files for Recruitment
  • Develop and deliver recruitment initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, student recruitment initiatives, etc.
  • Work with unionized and non-union positions alike
  • Work with the unique aspects of healthcare recruitment such as the Keller process, global shortage of talent, high skill and volume hiring
  • Complete Employee Change Forms, Offer Letters and Contracts
  • Work within our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs) to complete the recruitment process
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Develop new and creative ideas to help improve processes and create synergies between Recruitment and other functions at THP
Here’s what you need to have:
  • High ability to anticipate and deliver on needs within the recruitment process
  • Three to 5 years of experience working in Human Resources with a strong preference for candidates who have done healthcare recruitment
  • Superior organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when appropriate
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume workload to meet required deadlines
  • Background and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Able to perform under changing and tight deadlines
  • RPR, CHRL, or CHRP designation is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • A strong ability to see tasks though to a point of successful completion

While this role is typically located at our Mississauga Hospital site, it is currently being conducted remotely. Travel to all THP sites may be required at different times to support our clinical staff.
