Join us today to discover the personal touches behind the infinite web of communications services and let us make it right, make it personal and make it better.Regional Admin AssociatePOSITION OVERVIEWThe Regional Associate, reporting to the Senior Manager, collaborates with Field Operations Managers and field resources to support corporate values and objectives. The Regional Associate provides functional support to the Senior Manager, is a primary point of contact for communication related to their region, and controls administration processes related to the region’s teams of employees and business assets.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares documentation; collects, analyses, organizes and tracks a wide variety of data related to all employees in the business unit and assets allocated to the region
  • Completes and distributes various forms and reports, including duty schedules, vacation lists, asset lists (tools, vehicles, telecom), HR forms
  • Responds to inquiries and provides information on behalf of the Senior Manager to internal associates in various departments
  • Resolves and follows up on business issues related to the movement of people and assets in the region
  • Performs data entry in SAP
  • Coordinates business meetings, events, and special projects
  • Audits and process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Coordinates the Senior Manager’s schedule and appointments as required
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in an administrative function
  • Post Secondary certificate in a business discipline is an asset
  • Proficient with MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access);
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Financial administration experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure, account for results, and meet challenging deadlines
  • Able to work with a diverse workforce and interact professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Able to work with limited supervision in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast paced and rapidly changing business environment
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Work Centre (industrial office) environment
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours), with some flexibility to work additional hours occasionally to meet business requirements
