Job Description

This position is a 12-month placement beginning May 2022.Role SummaryThe Regulatory Affairs Associate, Co-op supports the Manager, Regulatory Affairs with various regulatory activities.Snapshot of Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regulatory documentation and records
  • Assist in preparing and compiling submissions and routine reports
  • Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate and advise on the technical documents for the submission
  • Assist with regulatory assessment of new products and changes made to the product
  • Assist in development of regulatory affairs strategy
  • Labeling and promotional material review
  • Annual license renewals and registrations
  • Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required
What you bring to the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
  • Pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven work ethics and positive attitude
  • Attention to accuracy, detail and deadlines
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working individually and/or in a team setting
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
