Job Description

Sales Associate for Custom SuitsWe are a custom made-to-measure formal wear company seeking a motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect custom-made suit for their needs. Organized and punctual to schedule and update clients.Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate fabrics and styles for their custom suit
  • Take precise measurements and assist in the fitting process to ensure a perfect fit
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final fitting
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in mens clothing or fashion
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries and sales
  • Attention to detail and ability to take precise measurements
  • Knowledge of mens fashion and styles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
