All of this has resulted in customer satisfaction scores that are world class.Job DescriptionThis is a Direct Hire Opportunity wih full Benefits-Must have WM experienceThe SAP-WM Functional Consultant will provide leadership in process analysis, process and system design, systems development, configuration, testing, implementation and training to support the SAP functions of our clients according to specification and Schedules while meeting quality requirements.Principal Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to gather an understanding of their business needs and assists the client in configuration and implementation of the software
  • Actively involved in the design, Business requirements, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements and related benefits
  • Meet with customers and LBA (Longbow Advantage) team members to consult, configure, implement and support client requirements
  • Apply product knowledge and business process expertise to improve customer satisfaction on all LBA projects
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and LBA team members
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of modeling standards and tools in pertains to SAP-WM.
  • Ensure accurate daily time entries and descriptions by the project team are entered into JIRA
  • Attend project planning, departmental and company meetings
  • Strives to positively influence the profitability of Longbow by working to invoice >95% of weekly billable hours requirement
  • Ensure T&E reports for consultants are approved and processed on time
  • Strives to positively influence the profitability of Longbow by working to invoice >95% of weekly billable hours requirement
QualificationsKey Technical & Functional Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP WM configuration
  • At least one full project life cycle implementations with the SAP WM module
  • Knowledge of ABAP
Key Job Description Requirements1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred in Computer/Software Engineering or related degree2. Experienced with WM- Warehouse Management working with clients to solve business issues.3. Deep functional knowledge of SAP WM’s capabilities, including strengths and gaps.4. Must have experience in Configuration and solution design of Process Strategies, PPF, and Warehouse Structures.5. Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms6. Ability to work independently as well as multi-task7. Valid driver’s license8. Valid passport9. Adhere to all Longbow Policies and Procedures10.
